Abstract

Procedimiento de preparacion de una forma enantiomera del ácido 2-amino 3-(4-alquilamino fenil)propanoico de formula general (Y), en la cual Alk representa un radical alquilo contenido de 1 a 2 átomos de carbono, bajo forma (s) o (r) así como de sus sales, a partir respectivamente de la (L) fenilamina o de la (D) -fenilalanina, por nitracion, luego transformacion de radical nitro de la 4-notro fenilalanina obtenida, de la formula general (II), en la cual R es un átomo de hidrogeno o un radical protector, en un radical alquilamino, después de la proteccion dado el caso de la funcion amino de la fenilalanina.
