Abstract

La cinta horizontal (285), la punta y la apertura del reactivo para ataque se crean con el fin de aumentar la eficiencia optica de cada uno de los espejos accionados de película delgada, facilitar la extraccion del enjuague y permitir una extraccion fácil de la capa sacrificial de la película delgada respectivamente.
