Abstract
Se revela una composicion farmacéutica para el tratamiento de leucemia en mamíferos. El fungicida particular empleado en un derivado de benzimidazol de la formula (I), en donde X es hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo de menos de 7 átomos de carbono o alcoxi de menos de 7 átomos de carbono; n es un entero positivo de menos de 4; y es hidrogeno, cloro, nitro, metilo; y R es hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono; y R2 es 4-tiazolil o NHCOOR1, en donde R1 es hidrocarburo alifático de menos de 7 átomos de carbono o las sales de adicion de ácido inorgánicas farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos. Una composicion farmacéutica que inhibe el crecimiento de tumores y cánceres en mamíferos y que pueden utilizarse para tratar infecciones vírales que comprende: un fungicida en combinacion con agentes quimioterapéuticos. El fungicida particular utilizado en un derivado de benzimidazol. Los potenciadores pueden incluirse en la composicion.
