Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un regulador de presion de gas, bietápico, con una caja de cuerpo que tiene una admision de gas y una salida de gas, y una pared interna comun que divide la caja del cuerpo en dos cámaras formando dos etapas reductoras de presion. Los conductos de fluido intersectados respectivos, a través de la pared interna comun, comunican la primera etapa a la segunda etapa y proporcionan una toma de presion manométrica sobre la caja del cuerpo, los conductos intersectados se encuentran en un punto de interseccion dentro de la pared interna comun. Los diafragmas respectivos están provistos por cada etapa, y una cubierta tiene una ventilacion que ventila el volumen definido entre la cubierta y el diafragma de la segunda etapa. Un conducto pequeño se proporciona en una pared de cubierta comun entre las dos etapas, el conducto pequeño se dimensiona para ventilar de manera adecuada ambas porciones de cubiertas sobre los diafragmas respectivos a través de la ventilacion mientras se elimina la sobrepresurizacion de la segunda etapa en el caso de falla en la regulacion de presion de la primera etapa. Un brazo de palanca accionado por diafragma incluye un extremo ranurado con la ranura correspondiente a un disco controlador del flujo de gas, escalonado. El disco se encuentra escalonado para corresponder con la ranura en el extremo de la palanca, de manera que se retenga del disco dentro del extremo ranurado de la palanca.
