Abstract

Una placa de polo producida con la fusion de un metal para unir los materiales activos, en el que el punto de fusion del metal es menor que aquel de los materiales activos, mezclar el metal fundido con los materiales activos para producir una precomposicion de la placa de polo y tratar la precomposicion de la placa de polo con enfriamiento y formacion para producir una placa de polo que evita suficientemente los materiales activos del desdoblamiento y mejora la conductividad, lo cual puede disminuir la resistencia eléctrica interior, aumentar el tiempo de duracion y capacidad de la pilas. La corrosion y expansion de la placa de polo no son provocadas en la placa de polo de la presente invencion y el proceso para preparar la misma puede ser realizado fácilmente con bajo costo de produccion.
