Abstract

Un proceso para la isomerizacion de una materia prima hidrocarburica que hierva sustancialmente en la gama de gasolina, materia prima que comprende parafinas lineales que tiene al menos cinco átomos de carbono en donde la materia prima se pone en contacto en la presencia de hidrogeno a temperatura y presion elevada con un catalizador que comprende en combinacion platino (Pt) y paladio (Pd) cada uno en forma metálica soportado en una alumina amorfa, acídica o tamiz molecular, e hidrocarburos isomerizados preparados mediante el proceso.
