Abstract
Se describen las composiciones y concentrados de uso, germicidas, de formador de complejo-yodo, acuosas, estables, adaptadas para la aplicacion a la piel humana o animal, las cuales tienen proporciones deseables de formador de complejo o complejador:yodo estable desde aproximadamente 2-4.5. Las composiciones y concentrados que tienen preferentemente un copolímero en bloque de polioxipropileno polietoxilado (Poloxámero) como el agente de complejacion, en donde la porcion de polioxipropileno tiene un peso molecular promedio de al menos 2600 y un contenido de polioxietileno de aproximadamente 30% - 75% en peso, en combinaciones con desde aproximadamente 0.1& - 5% en peso de yodo disponible promedio en una base nominal. El uso de la clase definida de los Poloxámeros permite la formulacion de composiciones y concentrados estables a baja y alta temperatura. Otros ingredientes tales como emolientes, agente amortiguadores y mejoradores de la viscosidad pueden también formar parte de las composiciones y concentrados de complejador-yodo incluyen los sistemas complejadores de dos componentes que incluyen cantidades individuales de polivinilpirrolidona y un surfactante no ionico tal como un Poloxámero.
