The present invention relates to a pneumatic lifter device comprising a first movable piston (18) in a fist axial chamber (12) located in rear part, a second movable piston (20) in a second axial chamber (14) located in front of first one, a wall (28) for separation of both axial chambers, on which a hollow steam (24) runs to join pistons (18, 20), which are linked with an advancing organ (40) located in front of lifter body (10). Means to drive fluid under pressure comprise a distribution valve. Separating wall (28) presents a transversal internal diameter (72) in which valve distributor, a first conduit (74, 76) which joins transversal internal diameter (72) to an inlet (66, 68) for fluid under pressure, a second conduit (82) which links transversal internal diameter (72) to second axial chamber (14) rear part, and a third conduit (84) which links transversal internal diameter (72) to first axial chamber (12) front part, are placed. First and second conduits (74, 76; 82) are communicated and isolated from third conduit (84) in first valve distributor position, while, in that distributor second position, first and third conduits (74, 76, 84) are communicated and isolated from second conduit (82).
