Separating wall (28) presents a transversal internal diameter (72) in which valve distributor, a first conduit (74, 76) which joins transversal internal diameter (72) to an inlet (66, 68) for fluid under pressure, a second conduit (82) which links transversal internal diameter (72) to second axial chamber (14) rear part, and a third conduit (84) which links transversal internal diameter (72) to first axial chamber (12) front part, are placed. First and second conduits (74, 76; 82) are communicated and isolated from third conduit (84) in first valve distributor position, while, in that distributor second position, first and third conduits (74, 76, 84) are communicated and isolated from second conduit (82).
