Abstract
Se describe un método para convertir una serie de palabras de informacion de bits m a una señal modulada. Para cada palabra de informacion de la serie, se transmite una palabra de codigo de bits n. Las palabras del codigo transmitidas son convertidas a la señal modulada. Las palabras del codigo son distribuidas sobre por lo menos un grupo (G11, G12) de un primer tipo y por lo menos un grupo (G2) de un segundo tipo. Para la transmision de cada una de las palabras del codigo que pertenecen al grupo (G11, G12) del primer tipo, el grupo asociado establece un estado (S1, S4) de codificacion del primer tipo. Cuando cada una de las palabras de codigo que pertenecen al grupo (G2) del segundo tipo son transmitidas, se establece un estado (S2, S3) de codificacion que es determinado por una palabra de informacion que pertenece a la palabra transmitida de codigo. Cuando una de las palabras codigo es asignado a la palabra recibida de informacion, esta palabra de codigo es seleccionada de un conjunto (V1, V2, V3, V4) de palabras de codigo que depende del estado de codificacion (S1, S2, S3, S4). Los conjuntos de palabras (V2, V3) de codigo que pertenecen a los estados (S1, S2) de codificacion del segundo tipo son disyuntivas. Los parámetros DC y LF de al señal modulada son mejorados, cuando están en un estado de codificacion del primer tipo (S1, S4), al asignar una palabra de codigo de un conjunto de otro estado del primer tipo, mientras que no se infrinja la restriccion dk. El que uno de los conjuntos del primer tipo sea seleccionado, depende que la palabra codigo resulte el mejor valor DC de ejecucion. El método puede ser aplicado de 8 a 15, a 16 (como EFM+) o a otros codigos con mecanismos de estado de codificacion. Además, se descubren un portador de registros, una señal, un dispositivo de codificacion y un dispositivo de registro.
