Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a composiciones para adhesivos y selladores, estructurales, sensibles a la presion, que comprende: (a) un sistema que comprende de 95 a 15% en peso de un polímero telequélico y de 5 a 85% en peso de un polímero heterotelequélico, en donde al menos una de las funcionalidades que se encuentra en los mimos es la misma que la funcionalidad que se encuentra en el polímero telequélico, y (b) un sistema de curado dual en donde un elemento del sistema de curado, cura el polímero telequélico a una temperatura cercana a la temperatura ambiente, de tal forma que se forma un adhesivo o sellador sensible a la presion, y el otro elemento cura el polímero telequélico, al hornearse al menos a 100 degree C, para formar una composicion de adhesivo o sellador, estructural. En una modalidad preferida, el sistema polimérico está comprendido de un polímero de diol o poliol, telequélico, con funcionalidad hidroxilo, y el polímero heterotelequélico es un polímero de polidieno monohidroxilado que tiene también funcionalidad olefina, convertida a epoxido. El sistema de curado dual está comprendido preferentemente de un agente de curado, a base de isocianato, para curar los grupos hidroxilo a temperatura ambiente, para formar un adhesivo o sellador, sensible a la presion, y una resina amínica, para curar la funcionalidad epoxi, al hornearse, y formar un adhesivo o sellador, estructural.
