Abstract

Se preparan lactams cíclicos mediante la reaccion de un compuesto de ácido aminocarboxílico de la formula I: donde R1 es -OH, -O-alquilo-C1-C12 o bien -NR2R3 y R2 y R3, independientemente entre ellos, son hidrogeno, alquilo C2-C12 o bien cicloalquilo C5-C8 y m es un numero entero de 3 a 12, con agua por medio de un procedimiento en donde la reaccion se realiza en la fase líquida usando un catalizador heterogéneo.
