Abstract

Sistema de estacionamiento medido para usuarios que se abonan recibiendo a cambio cospeles respectivos que almacenan autonomamente un codigo de identificacion de vehículo un crédito actual. En cada cuadra se instala un parquímetro donde se presenta un usuario al estacionar y al retirarse, quedando registrado entretanto el numero de parquímetro registrado en el cospel y la identificacion del vehículo registrada en la base de datos del parquímetro, el cual computa el cargo de estacionamiento y lo descuenta del crédito remanente grabado en el cospel. Se incluye además terminales ambulantes de inspeccion provistos, cada uno, de un lector de identificacion vehícular, un vínculo de comunicaciones de datos enlazado con el parquímetro de la cuadra y un generador de actas de infraccion automático.
