Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la elaboracion continua de 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetrametilpiperidina a partir de triacetonamina, amoniaco e hidrogeno, caracterizado porque en el reactor están contenidas al menos dos capas, conteniendo al menos una capa uno o varios elementos del 4. y/o del 5. y/o del 6. período del octavo grupo secundario del sistema periodico de los elementos como catalizador en un portador adecuado, y modificándose el contenido de catalizador, con respecto a cada elemento individual independientemente entre sí de la entrada al reactor a la salida del mismo. Mediante este procedimiento se puede renunciar a la utilizacion adicional de un solvente. Los contactos son fáciles de manejar, no inflamables, y el consumo de amoniaco se reduce drásticamente. La realizacion del procedimiento se simplifica considerablemente. Por la alta capacidad de rendimiento del sistema, con altos rendimientos espacio-tiempo y altos tiempos de aplicacion de contacto, se alcanzan reacciones completas con selectividades muy altas.
