Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a composiciones de espuma de poliuretano de película integral dispersadas por agua, artículos moldeados de poliuretano, un proceso para la preparacion de dichos artículos, y una composicion de isocianato para su uso en la presente. Especialmente, la invencion se refiere a artículos de poliuretano moldeados con una película integral dispersada por agua que tienen propiedades físicas especialmente provechosas, y composiciones utiles para la produccion de tales artículos. Especialmente, la invencion proporciona una composicion de poliuretano que tiene un componente de isocianato (a), un componente que reacciona con isocianato (b), un agente de dispersion que comprende agua (c), un poliéter (d) seleccionado del grupo que consiste de politetrahidrofurano y polietilenglicol, el cual tiene un numero de peso molecular promedio de 200 a 2000 y, opcionalmente, uno o varios aditivos (e) seleccionados del grupo que consiste de catalizadores, extendedores de cadena, oxoalcoholes, y mezclas de los mismos. La composicion puede caracterizarse porque los artículos de poliuretano de película integral elaborados a partir de la composicion tienen una resistencia a la tension superior o igual a 31.635 kg/cm2 y/o un índice de abrasion Taber (pérdida mg) inferior a 200.
