Abstract

Se proporciona un método para preparar una composicion de revestimiento en polvo, que comprende: (a) formar una mezcla que comprende partículas solidas que incluyen una resina endurecible y un agente de reticulacion que es reactivo con la resina endurecible suspendida en una fase líquida acuosa que comprende agua y un agente tensioactivo; (b) triturar la mezcla a una temperatura de hasta aproximadamente 40 degree C para reducir el tamaño medio de las partículas hasta no más de aproximadamente 15 æm; (c) aglomerar las partículas para incrementar su tamaño medio de partículas hasta al menos aproximadamente 20 æm; (d) separar las partículas de la fase líquida acuosa; y (e) secar las partículas para formar un polvo.
