Abstract

Un método y aparato para homogeneizar y micronizar formulaciones de aerosol. El método incluye las etapas de homogeneizar y micronizar una formulacion de aerosol a temperatura ambiente en un aparato cerrado, en el que todo el aparato se mantiene a presion elevada. El aparato incluye un bucle cerrado que contiene un recipiente de reaccion, un homogeneizador y un conducto de fluido que interconecta el recipiente de reaccion y el homogeneizador. El homogeneizador incluye una cámara de interaccion y una bomba de intensificador. La cámara de interaccion incluye un dispositivo divisor de la corriente para separar una corriente de componentes de la formulacion de aerosol en dos corrientes y una cámara de impactacion para recombinar la corriente.
