Abstract

Un proceso para la purificacion de las serina proteasas de una mezcla de proteína, uniendo la serina proteasa a un polipéptido inmovilizado con la actividad de un inhibidor DE-3 de Erythrina caffra, eliminando los componentes sin unir de la mezcla de proteína, separando la serina proteasa del inhibidor y separa el inhibidor inmovilizado de la serina proteasa soluble y aislar la serina proteasa, el cual está caracterizada porque se utiliza un polipéptido como el polipéptido el cual es el producto de una expresion procariotica o eucariotica de un ácido nucleico exogeno. Este inhibidor se distingue por una actividad específica mejorada y es particularmente adecuado para la purificacion de activadores del plasminogeno, tales como los activadores de plasminogeno de tejido (t-PA y derivados).
