Abstract
Un sistema mejorado de comunicacion telefonico celular vía satélite y de datos facilita una cobertura de satélites doble sobre al menos ochenta y cinco pro ciento de la tierra. Este sistema mejorado permite la comunicacion con teléfonos celulares portátiles y montados moviles (120). El sistema permite comunicaciones de dos formas en cualquier parte sobre o arriba de las tierra hasta una altura particular arriba de al tierra de varios cientos de kilometros náuticos. El sistema emplea un numero de satélites de orbita terrestre baja (12) que se mueven alrededor de la tierra en orbita. Los satélites (12) se inclinan en un ángulo entre 30 y 90 grados.
