Abstract
The present invention refers t a process to manufacture vermiculite and dolomite-based arch electric furnaces and pot furnaces slag conditioner, and mores specifically to a dolomite and vermiculite-based mixture manufacturing which in the proper rate. As specified in description, allows melting process benefits to be increased, as for electric power consumption. Likewise, process fixes an average on dolomite and vermiculite percentages quantities which should be used to obtain aforementioned benefits in an optimal rate without affecting refractories consumption and in turn, does obtaining an increase on metallic yield and an increase on steel quantity which is achieved in each melt.
