Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un sistema para producir una parte extruida por estirado que tiene una forma de seccion transversal con una porcion no lineal. El sistema comprende un mecanismo para extruir por estirado un refuerzo, tal como hilos de fibra de vidrio, una matriz o estera, un velo, y fibras minerales o de vidrio, pero sin que esté limitado a éstos. El sistema comprende un mecanismo para inyectar la mezcla de resina en el refuerzo. El mecanismo de inyeccion comprende una cámara a través de la cual el refuerzo es jalado por el mecanismo de extrusion por estirado. La cámara tiene una abertura de entrada en comunicacion con la cámara a a través de la cual se introduce el refuerzo en la cámara, y una abertura de salida en comunicacion con la cámara a través de la cual sale el refuerzo de la cámara, la abertura de entrada tiene una forma con una porcion no lineal que se conforma con la seccion transversal del refuerzo.
