Abstract
Se suministra en un método para producir piezas extruidas a partir de materiales inorgánicos. Este método usa aglutinantes poliméricos seleccionados, los cuales superan las insuficiencias observadas con los aglutinantes poliméricos convencionales para la extrusion de piezas cerámicas y de metal. Por ejemplo, el uso de los aglutinantes poliméricos de la presente invencion en los procesos de extrusion proporciona la capacidad de proceso de un material durante la extrusion y la resistencia de las piezas de cerámica, antes y después de la sinterizacion. Las piezas extruidas formadas con el uso del aglutinante de la presente invencion se pueden secar a la temperatura ambiente o a temperaturas elevadas, y pueden ser calentadas en una atmosfera inerte. El aglutinante de la presente invencion puede ser usado con cerámicas de oxido, nitruro, boruro y carburo, y con metales y combinaciones de minerales, tal como la arcilla y las zeolitas.
