Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una novedosa composicion vítrea, exenta de plomo, a una frita de vidrio, de dicha composicion, a un procedimiento para su preparacion, como también a pinturas preparadas que contienen tales fritas de vidrio, y a la utilizacion de dichas pinturas preparadas. La composicion vítrea de acuerdo con la presente invencion, contiene, expresado en porcentaje molar: K2O 10-17; B2O3 10-25; TiO2 15-30; SiO2 35-55; Al2O3 0-5; BiO3 0-5; S 0-3; y oxidos de la serie PbO, CdO, ZnO, Li2O, Na2O, MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO y P2O5, en una cantidad que en cada caso es inferior al 0,5% en peso. Las fritas de vidrio de acuerdo con la presente invencion pueden ser sometidas a coccion a temperaturas bajas, acusan excelentes propiedades antiadherentes, gozan de una elevada resistencia contra los ácidos, y muestran una reducida migracion en cuanto a la plata se refiere.
