Abstract
La presente invencion describe un método para moler un lote de material, particularmente material cerámico, junto con multiples medios de molienda en un tambor de molino rotatorio que incluye un revestimiento interior de polímero, que tiene dispositivos de elevacion elongados, los cuales están situados axialmente en el tambor, y se proyectan radialmente en el interior del tambor. Con la intencion de hacer más efectiva la molienda, y de reducir el tiempo de molienda, se propone de acuerdo con la invencion, que el método comprenderá los pasos de: - girar el tambor a una velocidad constante en una primera direccion de rotacion durante un primer intervalo de tiempo, de manera que se pongan en contacto medios de molienda de entre multiples medios de molienda con un lado de elevacion alta de los dispositivos de elevacion al girar el tambor, para moler o desintegrar el material con una proporcion de trituracion más grande, y una proporcion de molienda fina más pequeña; y - girar el tambor a la velocidad constante en una direccion rotacional opuesta a la primera direccion rotacional, en un segundo intervalo de tiempo, siguiendo al primer intervalo de tiempo, de manera que los medios de molienda que se encuentran entre los multiples medios de molienda se pongan en contacto con un lado de elevacion baja de los dispositivos de elevacion opuesto al lado de elevacion alta de los mismos, moler el material con una proporcion de trituracion más pequeña y una proporcion de molienda fina más grande. La invencion también se relaciona a un revestimiento interior para molino, para usarse con tal método.
