Abstract

Este procedimiento para realizar una cabeza magnética de registro/lectura, comprende las etapas siguientes: - realizacion de hilos de excitacion magnética sobre o adentro de una primera cara de un substrato que comprende esta primera cara y una segunda cara opuesta a la primera; - realizacion sobre la primera o la segunda cara del substrato de cuando menos dos polos magnéticos separados por un entrehierro; - perforacion de agujeros a través del substrato, a partir de la cara opuesta a aquella que lleva los polos magnéticos que terminan cada uno de tal manera que haya acoplamiento magnético entre el fondo del agujero y el polo; - deposito de una capa de material de buena permeabilidad magnética en los agujeros y en las zonas del substrato situadas entre los agujeros. Se aplica a la realizacion de cabezas magnéticas de registro/lectura para los magnetoscopios, la peri-informática, los registradores profesionales.
