Abstract

Se describe un metodo y un sistema para actualizar una base de datos replicada en un sistema de red de telecomunicaciones extranjera y de residencia para mejorar el tiempo de establecimiento de la llamada y capacidad de disponibilidad del sistema en una region extranjera para la transferencia de llamadas de los clientes. Los registros del cliente son actualizados en una base de datos del visitante contenida en una region extranjera dentro del sistema de senalizacion de la red de telecomunicaciones extranjera. La informacion que se relaciona con el registro de la base de datos actualizada se transmite de la base de datos visitante a traves de la red de senalizacion de un pais de residencia a una base de datos de residencia, la cual contiene la version replicada del registro de la base de datos del visitante en la region extranjera. Se agrega un campo al registro de la base de datos que corresponde a un numero de version del registro de la base de datos para identificar el registro informado por las consultas de llamadas en progreso. El registro de la base de datos de residencia en el pais de residencia se cambia para reflejar los cambios en la base de datos del visitante en la region extranjera, utilizando la secuencia del numero de version, mientras que mantiene en todos los sitios la base de datos, la version mas antigua del registro de la base de datos para el acceso de consulta hasta despues de que se completa el procesamiento de todas las llamadas previas que consultan el registro de la base de datos.
