Abstract

Se describe un método para seleccionar una de una pluralidad de bases de datos de identificacion (ID) de línea, para la validacion de una llamada asistida por operadora facturada a un numero de cuenta de directorio portado, que comprende determinar si la informacion de facturacion recibida de un llamador es a base de numero del directorio. Si la informacion de facturacion es a base de numero del directorio, un sistema de servicios por operadora (OSS) interroga a una base de datos de portabilidad de numero para recuperar la informacion de encauzamiento disponible asociada con la informacion de facturacion provista por el llamador. La informacion de encauzamiento es utilizada para accesar a una base de datos de aceptacion de facturacion, la cual almacena una lista de aquellos proveedores de servicio los cuales permiten al OSS accesar sus datos del cliente. Si el OSS es capaz de accesar a los datos del proveedor de servicios identificado, la informacion de encauzamiento recibida de la base de datos de portabilidad del numero es utilizada para encauzar una requisicion de validacion de facturacion a una seleccionada de una pluralidad de base de datos de ID de línea.
