Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema de control de vibracion pasivo/adaptable, en donde se pueden adaptar diferentes elementos del sistema en línea en respuesta a las vibraciones detectadas. Se conecta un absorbente de vibracion de resorte/masa (67) con un cuerpo que vibra (20), para absorber la energía generada por ese cuerpo, para minimizar la transmision de vibraciones a una estructura (30) en comunicacion mecánica con el cuerpo de vibra. En una modalidad de la presente invencion, la masa (60) del absorbente de vibracion se puede ajustar, en línea, para compensar las vibraciones detectadas. Se conecta un sensor de vibracion ya sea al cuerpo que vibra o a la estructura conectada, para detectar el nivel de vibracion arriba de un nivel deseado, y para enviar una señal que representa esa vibracion, a un controlador electronico. El controlador electronico (500) se diseña para instruir al accionador para adaptar la masa, para compensar la vibracion detectada. En las modalidades adicionales del sistema, se puede ajustar la rigidez del resorte (65), más bien que la masa del peso, en línea, para "sintonizar" el absorbente de vibracion. Además, si está presente más de una frecuencia de excitacion, se pueden poner en cascada una pluralidad de absorbentes de vibracion adaptables y/o puramente pasivos en línea, para minimizar las vibraciones debido a una pluralidad de frecuencias de excitacion. Dependiendo del numero de ejes de vibracion que se van a atenuar, se puede utilizar un elemento o una pluralidad de elementos absorbentes de vibracion pasivos/adaptables.
