Abstract

Se describe una cabeza de impresión a chorro de tinta, térmica, mejorada, que se forma mediante la alineación y la unión de una placa acanalada de microplaqueta de silicio grabada mediante ataque por ácido anisótropamente, que contiene una pluralidad de surcos de canal, a una placa de calentamiento de la microplaqueta de silicio, que contiene una pluralidad de elementos de calentamiento y de direccionamiento los cuales se cubren mediante una capa de película gruesa configurada. La cabeza de impresión permite una mejor unión de las dos placas al compensar los bordes o rebordes elevados formados sobre el borde exterior de los últimos fosos opuestos en un arreglo de fosos ubicados en la capa de película gruesa que se crean en tanto que se fotofabrican los fosos en la capa aislante. La secuencia de fabricación compensa los bordes elevados al incluir un canal no funcional que se monta a ambos lados, que nulifica la separación creada por el borde elevado y un foso no funcional adicional correspondiente que posiciona el borde elevado lejos de los canales funcionales y boquillas.
