Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento mejorado, en fase de gas, para producir las poliolefinas termoplásticas (TPO) in situ o copolímeros de propileno y etileno en múltiples que usan catalizadores de Ti/Al de alta actividad. La mejora consiste en el desarrollo de un parámetro de control derivado de ocho regiones integrales del espectro de resonancia magnético nuclear (RMN) 13C del copolímero, que define los límites del parámetro de control para el procedimiento para el procedimiento, y operar este procedimiento para mantener parámetro dentro de los límites definidos. Esto se logra ajustando la cantidad del etileno alimentado a los reactores y ajustando otras variables del proceso, según sea requerido.
