Abstract

La invención se refiere a un nuevo uso de derivados conocidos de benzacepina, benzoxacepina, ácido benzotiacepin-N-acético y benzacepinona substituida con fosfono que tienen actividad inhibitoria de endopeptidasa neutra (NEP) y/o endopeptidasa soluble humana (hSEP) y del enzima de conversión de la endotelina (ECE). Los compuestos de la invención son útiles para la preparación de composiciones farmacéuticas para reducir efectos perjudiciales de la deficiencia de perfusión diseminada progresiva asintomática de órganos, o parte de los mismos, que puede ser sugerente de enfermedades sistémicas.
