Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una composición, preferentemente una composición dietaria o farmacéutica, que comprende o consiste en vitaminas (a) y opcionalmente minerales (b), y un portador farmacéutica o dietéticamente adecuado tal como los nutrientes DHA y/o EPA (c), encapsulada en una gelatina blanda como una cubierta de gelatina bovina, porcina, vegetal y succinilada, en donde las vitaminas incluyen vitamina C, y dicha vitamina C está, por lo menos en parte, en forma de una sal de ascorbato, tal como, sin limitación, ascorbato de calcio o cualquier otra sal catiónica divalente tal como ascorbato de magnesio.
