Abstract

La estación base indica los recursos de tiempo-frecuencia de enlace ascendente y de enlace descendente fijos al utilizar la primera información de configuración en la información de sistema, pero no indica un tipo específico de recurso de tiempo-frecuencia de unidad. Posteriormente, la estación base puede configurar dinámicamente un tipo de recurso de tiempo-frecuencia de cada unidad en un proceso de transmisión de información. La estación base puede configurar dinámicamente una relación de recursos de tiempo-frecuencia de enlace descendente basándose en el estado de servicio, y no necesita utilizar la información de sistema para configurar la relación de recurso de tiempo-frecuencia de enlace descendente-enlace ascendente. Esto garantiza un retraso de acceso relativamente bajo del equipo de usuario, implementa una configuración rápida de un tipo de transmisión de recursos de tiempo-frecuencia y mejora la calidad del servicio.
