Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sistemas y métodos para usar la determinación de la modificación de bases para analizar moléculas de ácido nucleico y adquirir datos para el análisis de moléculas de ácido nucleico. Las modificaciones de bases pueden incluir metilaciones. Los métodos para determinar las modificaciones de bases pueden incluir el uso de características derivadas de la secuenciación. Estas características pueden incluir el ancho del pulso de una señal óptica a partir de la secuenciación de bases, la duración entre pulsos de las bases y la identidad de las bases.
