Abstract

Se describen en la presente formulaciones veterinarias estables y los métodos de tratamiento y uso, que comprenden al menos una lactona macrocíclica y levamisol como agentes antihelmínticos activos, opcionalmente también con al menos un antihelmíntico de la clase bencimidazol, en donde los ingredientes activos se disuelven juntos en un sistema de solventes que comprende dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO). Las formulaciones veterinarias, métodos y uso de las mismas incluyen la capacidad de suministrar dos o más activos antihelmínticos en la única solución (o suspensión) mientras que también mantengan la estabilidad de la formulación cuando se almacenan durante un período de tiempo. El suministro de diferentes antihelmínticos con diferentes actividades permite que se dirijan a diversas clases de parásitos en una sola dosis.
