Abstract

Se proporciona un paquete de aditivos para ajustar las propiedades de curado de un relleno de aglutinamiento en dos partes a través de un intervalo de temperatura de entre 4 y 44 grados Celsius. Un aditivo de temperatura baja acelera una velocidad de curado de entre 4 y 15 grados Celsius y un aditivo de temperatura alta retarda una velocidad de curado de entre 25 y 44 grados Celsius. La cantidad de paquete de aditivos se varía para tomar en cuenta las propiedades de curado deseadas. El paquete de aditivos incluye una primera resina insaturada de poliéster con un grado promedio de insaturación de 70-100 por ciento en función del contenido total de monómeros de ácido y anhídrido.
