Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción químico-enzimatica de vainillinamidas, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) Un primer paso opcional que consiste de una etapa de síntesis de una sal orgánica de vainillinamina, formada por vainillinamina y un ácido orgánico. b) Poner en contacto una sal orgánica de vainillinamina con una enzima perteneciente a la clasificación enzimática EC 3.1.1.3 y opcionalmente un disolvente orgánico o un medio seleccionado del grupo que consiste de CO2, supercrítico y líquido iónico, donde la sal se encuentra en una concentración entre 0.01 M y 2M. c) Incubar la mezcla a una temperatura dentro del rango de actividad definido para la enzima EC 3.1.1.3 seleccionada, permitiendo la condensación enzimática de la sal orgánica en una vainillinamida, d) Opcionalmente la purificación de la vainillinamida obtenida
