Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla de bebidas en polvo que forma una bebida cuando se reconstituye con agua, la mezcla de bebidas en polvo está caracterizado porque comprende: uno o más ingredientes para bebidas en polvo; y un agente de turbidez en polvo a base de almidón en una cantidad de 0.1% a 4% en peso total de la mezcla de bebidas en polvo, el agente de turbidez en polvo consiste en una maltodextrina retrogradada que contiene amilosa que tiene un equivalente de dextrosa (DE) de 1 a 5; en donde el agente de turbidez está libre de dióxido de titanio; y en donde la mezcla de bebidas en polvo está libre de dióxido de titanio.
