Abstract

Un método para estimar un conjunto de parámetros físicos, el método comprende invertir iterativamente una ecuación para minimizar un error entre datos simulados y datos medidos y proporcionar un conjunto estimado de parámetros físicos, en donde dicha inversión iterativa comprende al menos una primera etapa de inversión y un segunda etapa de inversión y en donde los datos simulados dependen de un vector modelo que representa el conjunto de parámetros físicos, aplicando un operador de compresión al vector modelo que representa el conjunto de parámetros físicos para reducir el número de variables libres y para producir un vector modelo comprimido y variar el operador de compresión entre la primera etapa de inversión y la segunda etapa de inversión.
