Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición de polipropileno retardante de flama para un alambre de conducto, aparato, y/o automotriz, que comprende una composición retardante de flama que comprende: a) una resina base que comprende un copolímero de propileno heterofásico que comprende una matriz de homo- o copolímero de polipropileno y un caucho de etileno propileno dispersado en la matriz, y b) un hidróxido de metal o un compuesto hidratado, en donde el copolímero de propileno heterofásico tiene un MFR2 por debajo de 0.8 g/10 min y un contenido de la fracción soluble de xileno frío (XCS) entre 1 y 15% en peso basado en el peso total del copolímero de propileno heterofásico.
