Abstract
El sistema de máquina de moldeo por soplado y método asociado optimiza el rendimiento, la eficiencia energética y/o los costos operativos de la máquina de moldeo por soplado. Un controlador de la máquina de moldeo por soplado ejecuta un modelo de sistema que relaciona los cambios en los parámetros de entrada de la máquina de moldeo por soplado con las características de los recipientes generados por la máquina de moldeo por soplado. Equipado con datos sobre energía y/o costos operativos para hacer funcionar la máquina de moldeo por soplado, el controlador de la máquina de moldeo por soplado puede seleccionar un conjunto de cambios en los parámetros de entrada de la máquina de moldeo por soplado para la máquina de moldeo por soplado que: lleva los recipientes producidos por la máquina de moldeo por soplado hacia las características de recipiente deseadas, en una cantidad eficiente de tiempo y de forma rentable, teniendo en cuenta los costos de energía implicados en la implementación de los cambios.
