Abstract
La invención se refiere a una bomba centrífuga (1), en particular para el transporte de refrigerante en vehículos, con una carcasa de bomba producida de material primitivo moldeable, que consta de un cabezal de bomba (16) el cual es monolítico con un tubo de succión (2), un tubo de presión (3), un rayo (11) y un porta-cojinete (12), dentro del cual se monta un contra-cojinete (10), dentro del cual se apoya una primera región (4) de un eje (5) alrededor del cual se monta para movimiento rotatorio un rodete de bomba (6) por vía de un cojinete (7) fijo en el rodete de bomba (6), siendo que el rayo (11) mantiene al porta-cojinete (12) en una posición central dentro del cabezal de bomba (16), y con un cuba divisoria (30) la cual separa un espacio húmedo de un espacio seco y en la cual se apoya una segunda región (28) del eje (5), siendo que un estator arrollado (19) se aloja en el espacio seco y un rotor de imán permanente (20) de un motor de corriente continua electrónicamente conmutado en el espacio húmedo, y el rotor de imán permanente (20) constituye con el rodete de bomba (6) una unidad de construcción. El objeto de la invención es el de lograr en una bomba centrífuga del tipo genérico un centrado del rodete de bomba y un amortiguamiento de las oscilaciones las cuales son transmitidas por el rodete de bomba al cabezal de bomba y con ello a la caja de la bomba centrífuga, mediante lo cual se deben evitar considerablemente los ruidos molestos. Este problema se resuelve de conformidad con la invención mediante las características de la reivindicación 1.
