Abstract

Se describe un sistema y método de mantenimiento adaptativo automatizado de electrodo de soldadura, que incluye: - adquirir una programación de mantenimiento de electrodo predeterminada, que incluye parámetros de mantenimiento de electrodo; - adquirir parámetros de electrodo de soldadura representativos de una condición de desgaste de al menos un electrodo en una frecuencia de mantenimiento predeterminada; - seleccionar una operación de mantenimiento para al menos un electrodo con base en la comparación de los parámetros de electrodos representativos de la condición de desgaste de al menos un electrodo con parámetros de referencia predeterminados; - emitir un señal a una estación de mantenimiento seleccionada para realizar la operación de mantenimiento seleccionada; y - controlar el ajuste de la frecuencia de mantenimiento de electrodo con base en los parámetros de electrodos representativos de la condición de desgaste del al menos un electrodo.
