Abstract

Composiciones de policarbonato que tienen adhesión mejorada a capas de poliuretano Composiciones que comprenden A) 70 a 95 partes en peso de por lo menos un polímero seleccionado de entre el grupo consistente en policarbonatos aromáticos y carbonatos de poliéster aromáticos, B) 1 a 10 partes en peso de una mezcla que comprende por lo menos un (co)polímero de vinilo que contiene polibutadieno y por lo menos un (co)polímero de vinilo libre de polibutadi eno, C) 1 a 20 partes en peso de por lo menos un agente ignífugo que contiene fósforo, seleccionado de entre el grupo consistente en aminas de fosfonato, fosfacenos y ésteres fosfóricos y fosfónicos monoméricos y oligoméricos de la fórmula general (V) (ver Fórmula) en la cual R1, R2, R3 y R4 son cada uno independientemente opcionalmente alquilo C1 a C8 halogenado, en cada caso opcionalmente sustituidos con alquilo, preferiblemente sustituidos con alquilo C1 a C4, y/o sustituidos con halógeno, preferiblemente sustituidos con cloro o bromo, cicloalquilo C5 a C6, arilo C6 a C20 o aralquilo C7 a C12, n es independientemente 0 o 1 q es 0 a 30 X es un radical aromático policíclico que tiene 12 a 30 átomos de carbono, o un radical alifático lineal o ramificado que tiene 2 a 30 átomos de carbono, que puede ser sustituido con OH y puede contener hasta 8 enlaces éter, D) 0.1 a 20.0 partes en peso (basado en cada caso en la suma total de componentes A a C) de por lo menos un aditivo polimérico, donde el contenido de polibutadieno, basado en la suma total de las partes en peso de componentes A a C es 0.5% a 5.5% en peso, y donde el contenido total de (co)polímero de vinilo libre de butadieno de componente B, basado en la suma total de componentes A a C es 0.5% a 5.0% en peso, y donde las composiciones son libres de poliésteres termoplásticos tales como tereftalatos de polialquileno, y donde la suma total de las partes en peso de componentes A, B y C en la composición de policarbonato está normalizada a 100, y componentes de compuestos formados por estas composiciones y una capa de poliuretano, que son notables por la adhesión mejorada entre las dos capas, y un proceso para producir los componentes de compuestos.
