Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para limitar el auto-calentamiento de catalizadores activados bajo la forma de partículas, en las cuales las partículas del catalizador son puestas en movimiento dentro de un flujo de gas caliente que pasa a través, y una composición líquida que contiene uno o varios polímero(s) que forma(n) película es pulverizada sobre las partículas en movimiento, hasta la obtención sobre la superficie de tales partículas de una capa protectora que contiene tal polímero que forma película y que presenta un espesor promedio inferior o igual a 20 µm. La presente invención tiene además por objeto el uso de este proceso para reducir las cantidades de gases tóxicos susceptibles de ser emitidos por los catalizadores activados, así como también un catalizador activado de hidroconversión de hidrocarburos cubierto con una capa protectora continua, susceptible de obtenerse por este procedimiento.
