Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a conjugados, en particular conjugados de anticuerpo-fármaco e inmunotoxinas, con la fórmula I: A-(L-D)p (I) o solvatos o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de este, donde A es un anticuerpo que se une selectivamente a FAP; L es un enlazador; D es un fármaco que comprende una citolisina o una cadena-A de Nigrina-b; y p es 1 a 10, y para el uso de tales conjugados en el tratamiento terapéutico de tumores. Se describen métodos para producir tales conjugados y componentes para el uso de tales métodos.
