Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un laminado con al menos dos capas de tela no tejida de filamentos sinfín. Se produce una primera capa de tela no tejida que presenta una mayor capacidad de contracción en dirección de su extensión de superficie que una segunda capa de tela no tejida, en donde la primera capa de tela no tejida se produce mediante un procedimiento spunbond y/o mediante un procedimiento meltblown de filamentos multicomponentes. La segunda capa de tela no tejida se produce a partir de filamentos multicomponentes y/o de filamentos monocomponentes y se combina o bien se une directamente y dé forma plana a la primera capa de tela no tejida. El grupo compuesto de ambas capas de tela no tejida se solidifica con la condición de que en la superficie del grupo compuesto se hayan dispuesto distribuidas áreas de solidificación y áreas sin solidificación. Después de la solidificación se activa la contracción de la primera capa de tela no tejida, de modo que como consecuencia de la contracción se desplazan áreas sin solidificación de la segunda capa de tela no tejida en forma transversal, en particular perpendicular a la extensión de la superficie del grupo compuesto.
