Abstract
En la presente se da a conocer un método para determinar la metilación de un ácido nucleico promotor operablemente enlazado a un ácido nucleico que codifica para un polipéptido y determinar de este modo la productividad a largo plazo de una célula. También un aspecto es método para seleccionar una célula para producir un polipéptido al determinar la metilación del ácido nucleico promotor operablemente enlazado al gen estructural que codifica para el polipéptido.
