Abstract
La invención desvela un procedimiento de gestión y control de la demanda de redes de tuberías de fluido (42) de carga hidrostática limitada o alimentadas por gravedad. El procedimiento incluye las etapas de proporcionar una red de fluido (40) controlada por ordenador para el suministro de fluido a través de una pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20), el mantenimiento de una base de datos (48) en tiempo real de parámetros predeterminados dentro de dicha red de fluido (40) controlada por ordenador que incluyen planificaciones de flujo y capacidades de la pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20), solicitando, a través de una interfaz de usuario (44), un caudal y tiempo de suministro de dicho fluido desde dicha red de fluido a al menos una de la pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20), determinar, usando los parámetros predeterminados de la base de datos (48) en tiempo real, la disponibilidad de proporcionar el suministro y caudal del fluido desde la red de fluido (40) a la al menos una de dicha pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20) en base a la capacidad hidráulica de la red de fluido (42), y, si la capacidad hidráulica está disponible, el cálculo de parámetros usando la base de datos (48) en tiempo real para suministrar fluido a la al menos una de dicha pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20) a través de dicha red de fluido (42) controlada por ordenador, por lo que cada una de la pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20) se supervisa y se controla de modo ajustable para proporcionar el caudal y el suministro a través de la al menos una de dicha pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20) al unísono con la supervisión y control de las otras de la pluralidad de válvulas (16, 18, 20) para mantener el flujo y gestionar la carga hidrostática dentro de la red de tuberías de fluido (42) entre límites predeterminados.
