Abstract
La invencion divulga un metodo de gestion de demanda y control de redes de tuberia de fluidos (42) de carga de presion limitada o de alimentacion por gravedad. El metodo incluye los pasos de proporcionar una red de fluidos controlada por computadora (40) para entregar fluido a traves de una pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20), mantener una base de datos en tiempo real (48) dentro de dicha red de fluidos controlada por computadora (40) de parametros predeterminados que incluyen programas de flujo y capacidades de la pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20), solicitar, a traves de una interfaz de usuario (44), un caudal y tiempo de entrega de dicho fluido desde la red de fluidos a por lo menos una de dicha pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20), determinar, utilizando los parametros predeterminados de la base de datos en tiempo real (48), la disponibilidad para proporciona entrega y caudal del fluido desde la red de fluidos (40) a dicha al menos una de dicha pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20) con base en la capacidad hidraulica de la red de fluidos (42), y, si la capacidad hidraulica esta disponible, calcular parametros utilizando la base de datos en tiempo real (48) para entregar fluido a dicha al menos una de dicha pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20) a traves de dicha red de fluidos (42) controlada por computadora, por lo que cada una de la pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20) se monitorea y controla de manera ajustable para proporcionar el caudal y entrega a traves de dicha al menos una de dicha pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20) al unisono con el monitoreo y control de las otras de la pluralidad de valvulas (16, 18, 20) para mantener el flujo y gestionar la carga de presion dentro de la red de tuberia de fluidos (42) entre limites predeterminados.
