Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para limpiar un suministrador de la pistola dispensadora de bebidas, el suministrador de la pistola dispensadora de bebidas que comprende: - al menos una fuente de concentrado (C1, C2, C3), una fuente de agua (W), al menos una bomba dosificadora (P1, P2, P3), un mango de la pistola dispensadora de bebidas (1) que comprende los botones (2) para abrir las líneas de salida de la bomba y que comprende una boquilla (3) para mezclar y suministrar el concentrado bombeado y el agua bombeada, el método para la limpieza en el lugar que comprende las siguientes etapas: - proporcionar un ensamble de limpieza () que comprende: un depósito (4), una bomba (5) y los tubos para la conexión de líquidos (t1, t2, t3, t4), - conectar el ensamble para la limpieza en el lugar, con el suministrador de la pistola dispensadora de bebidas mediante: • conectar la línea de entrada del concentrado (i1, i2, i3) con el depósito en lugar de la fuente de concentrado con uno de los tubos para la conexión de líquidos (t1, t2), • conectar la línea de entrada de agua (iw) con el depósito en lugar del suministro de agua con uno de los tubos para la conexión de líquidos (t3), - llenar el depósito con una solución limpiadora (S), - activar la bomba del depósito, y - activar los botones del mango de la pistola dispensadora de bebidas para abrir las líneas de salida de la bomba hasta que el depósito se vacíe.
